My Music
With over 300 giggable songs in my setlist I offer a huge mix of music to suit all tastes and requirements. From upbeat chart hits and timeless classics, to 80's synth anthems and country music gems.
Working with venues, I can formulate specific set lists picked from my library, or perform one of my formulated set list combinations
My Performance
I sing whilst playing acoustic guitar and synthesiser (not at the same time!) and utilise professional backing tracks to supply drums, bass and a variety of other instruments, including orchestral arrangements, which results in a very full sound.
If background music is required it is possible for me to perform a very 'light' lounge set with minimum backing.
For Country Music bookings I perform with just an acoustic guitar, no synth, due to the style of music.
I can spread across a standard stage or can squeeze into the tightest of spaces in small bars.
Sets
My usual performance comprises of 2 sets of approximately 1 hour with a short break in-between sets. I often will perform longer in the second set, as I enjoy my music, but of course will communicate this with the venue to ensure watershed times are adhered to.
Any specific requests for longer performances can be accommodated but need to be agreed before any bookings.
My Equipment
I use a Yamaha 680W PA System which is suitable for pubs and community halls. It is also powerful enough for pub beer gardens but not suitable for outdoor events with large crowds. In these cases, the venue would have to provide a more powerful PA which I can then plug my mixer into.
I have a variety of stage lights suitable for small venues and community halls.
Please note that if a venue requires me to perform outside, a suitable overhead weather protection may be required in the event of rain, to protect my equipment and avoid safety issues.
